That's people, business and planet. Now, more than ever, the industry is having to challenge itself to do better, to be better.

In this podcast, we will be talking to a range of experts, friends and industry characters as they share insights into the strategies at the forefront of the financial service industry, what tactics are in play, and what we can expect to see on the horizon.

I'm Sally Yates and I'm your host on Let's Talk, the podcast from FundApps. The compliance monitoring and reporting specialists. The big focus of our podcast is future-proofing your business, and in our first season we are looking at this through the lens of technology. How and what is technology being leveraged? How is artificial intelligence being embraced and how are the regulators handling that? What's in and what's out? Where is the industry still just surviving and what does it keep forgetting to do? But as I said at the start, our focus isn't just the day-to-day business.

FundApps has been a B Corp since 2018, and B-Corps are all about good people, good business, good ethics. So we're asking our guests, how can businesses in the financial services industry be a force for good? How can they benefit the people and the planet, and how do they see it? Playing a part in future-proofing business, as well as hearing our guest thoughts on what the financial services industry is up to, we're asking them to dig deep and see if they could think of any good analogies to do with banking, and what are some of the best pieces of advice they've heard in their career.

We also asked them to reveal some personal thoughts. What annoys them so much? They would banish it if they could. Whose conversations would they eavesdrop on and what are they hoping to hear.
